Let’s unpack Hyatt’s preferred partnership program for travel advisors, Hyatt Privé. Booking a Privé rate gets you exclusive benefits for your stay. Sherman is a Hyatt Privé advisor and his clients have access to the benefits offered through this program as well as his relationships with Hyatt properties around the world.
What are the benefits?
The specific benefits vary by property, but generally will look like this:
- Complimentary room upgrade, subject to availability (confirmed within 24 hours of booking)
- $50 – $100 USD property credit per stay (amount varies by property)
- Complimentary daily breakfast
- Welcome amenity
- Priority for early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability)
- Priority for connecting rooms (subject to availability)
Which hotels participate in Hyatt Privé?
A select number of hotels participate in the program. This includes hotels under Park Hyatt, Alila, Miraval, Grand Hyatt, The Unbound Collection, Andaz, Thompson Hotels, Destination by Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Centric, JdV by Hyatt, Impression by Secrets, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Zoetry, Secrets, and Dreams. I already have status with Hyatt. Is there any benefit to booking Hyatt Privé?
Yes! Your benefits as a status holder will stack with Privé benefits. For overlapping benefits, you’ll receive the benefit only once.
Will I earn points with a Hyatt Privé stay?
Yup. Our bookings are considered direct with the hotel and will show up on your World of Hyatt account. You’ll receive points and nights per usual and pay directly to the hotel at the end of your stay.
Can I book a Hyatt Privé stay with points?
Unfortunately these cannot be combined and we don’t handle points bookings. Travel advisors cannot add perks if you’re booking on points.
Is there a minimum stay needed to book Hyatt Privé?
For Park Hyatt, Miraval, Andaz, and Thompson Hotels, there is no minimum stay. Other brands require 2+ nights.
